Kacper leads the way at Nomagic, just like he led engineering for Google for over five years. He is smart, highly technically capable and a true leader amongst some of the brightest minds in technology.
Combining this with his ability to communicate complexity, a laser sharp focus on customer satisfaction and a great sense of humor, Kacper leads by example.
He holds a Master of Science degree in High Energy Physics.

Tristan leads the strategic vision and direction for Nomagic. He has held leadership positions in product, strategy and business development roles, using technology to have a real world impact in the retail, agriculture, energy and health sectors, in Europe and across the United States.
Tristan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Maths and Physics and another in Applied Physics and Statistics. He is a Doctor of Philosophy, Climate Sciences and has helped to develop two patents in the US.

Prof. Marek Cygan

Marek leads the long term technology vision for Nomagic and our customers. He has a highly distinguished background amongst the world’s leading minds and continues to serve as a special advisor at the highest state levels.
Computer Scientist and habilitated Doctor of Mathematical Sciences, he specialises in algorithms and is a Professor at the Institute of Computer Science, Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Mechanics, University of Warsaw.
Marek is also a three-time Team Programming Polish champion (2005, 2006, 2007) and world champion (2007).

With more than 25 years of experience in automated intralogistics solutions for customers around the world, Pano has held the position of CTO at Körber, Head of Solutions at Swisslog and Vice President of Operations at Dematic.
He holds a Bachelor degree in Information and is a Lecturer Computer Science: focusing on Propositional Logic, Predicate Logic, and Prolog.
