At Nomagic, our mission has always been to bring the power of AI driven robotics to warehouses and fulfilment operations, enabling businesses to scale with efficiency and precision. Today, I am thrilled to share a significant milestone in our journey, the successful close of our latest investment round, securing $44 million to hyper scale our AI innovation and expansion.

This achievement is more than just a financial milestone; it is a testament to the trust our customers, investors, and partners have placed in us. It marks a critical moment as we scale our solutions to meet the growing demand for larger, high-performing robotic systems in an industry experiencing rapid transformation.

Why This Matters for Our Customers

Our customers, from global e-commerce leaders to specialised fulfilment centers are facing increasing pressure to optimise efficiency, reduce costs and manage labor shortages. Robotic automation is no longer a luxury but a necessity in today’s logistics landscape. With this investment, we are doubling down on what we do best:

• Be at the forefront of AI Powered Robotics – Our latest AI breakthroughs have already been driving performance improvements in warehouse automation, delivering the highest autonomy in robot picking to our customers, even at night and weekends when nobody is in the warehouse. We can now accelerate on this journey. Marek, co-founder and Chief of AI will post separately on our use of large models (VLMs), vision and roadmap for AI.
• Scaling Deployments Across Europe – Many of our customers are expanding their operations, and we are committed to supporting their growth by providing solutions with a unique level of quality, autonomy and service, delivering the warehouse performance they need to compete, at scale. Pano, COO, will further enhance the Nomagic team to meet the increasing demands of our customers.
• Towards lights out warehouse in every industry – With our AI robotics platform evolving rapidly, we see exciting opportunities to address all touch points in the warehouse, from decanting and returns handling to picking, sorting and packing. Warehouses across fashion, general merchandise, pharmaceuticals, beauty, grocery and beyond will benefit from this, day and night. 

A Milestone for Nomagic

This round, led by the Venture Capital arm of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and supported by Khosla Ventures and Almaz Capital, is a strong validation of our technology, our vision, and the progress we have made. Over the past year, we have seen 220% growth in contracted Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and are on track for another 200% growth in 2025.

For us, this investment isn’t just about growth, it’s about scaling responsibly. We are committed to:

• Enhancing Our AI Capabilities – We will continue investing in research and development to improve the intelligence, speed, and adaptability of our robotic solutions. This includes scaling our own AI & Engineering teams, but also strengthening the Nomagic – University of Warsaw lab of AI Robotics where pure academic research is moved forward and where Marek and his research team of PhD and MSc students can validate which technologies are ready for adoption in the industrial solutions. 
• Deepening Customer Partnerships – We take pride in the success of our customers. Companies like Asos, Brack, Fiege, Arvato have already seen significant benefits from our technology, and we aim to strengthen these relationships further.
• Strengthening our Team – Scaling our footprint requires scaling talent. Beyond our Engineering and AI teams, we will grow our sales, deployment and service organisations, and welcome new leaders who will help us grow both in Europe and in the US.
